I feel like we've had a lot of similarities in our journey for example I came into it and I also just copied a lot of protocols and I was like wait a second this is not working on me the same way it's working on these people some things out there. For me it's similar whether it's sleep anti-aging building muscle now improving my brain function you know there's no limit in how much I can try to improve my brain function or how athletic you are so that's very interesting which labs do you track for example for anti-aging?
