i think reflecting on what you could have done differently in a relationship is healthy for, like, your own personal growth. For me it was always self destructive and i kind of put all the blame on myself. And that's when having a strong support system is very important. So stay dow on would be like marinating in the emotion and feeling, allowing yourself to feel and be sad. Even if it means cutting everybody out for a little bit, do it. Then i guess face too is like really leaning on that support system to reflect on it, talk about it, and i guess see what went wrong,. But not for the sake of going back to the relationship, but to grow on
