Running in a service base company is very difficult. When you're paying somebody, when you are essentially acting as a broker or as an agent for services or goods, there is always a possibility of being sidestepped. So building trust was the way that i i tried to tackle that hurdle. The problem is, it's not a hundred % certain that we caught all those instances where people were trying to side step us. But over all, the the main goal was to make everybody feel valued and like they were being taken care of.
