The Importance of Character in Football

Danny Welbeck is an absolute testament to someone who has said right I'm going to take complete control of every part of my life. He's obviously embraced that lesson and said what do I control them which is now being into business with real tangible success. Ollie Gunnar Solskar spoke about this idea of assessing people for their character rather than preconceived judgement so he noticed that Danny Welbeck was the kid who would always stay behind to help the coaches collect the footballs in. It's a sad indictment in some ways though on the football industry that you can't tolerate young men like him with ambition who are a little bit different instead of eventually seeing them out of the game.
