I think it's really interesting that you touch on kind of the emergency piece of things I was really lucky to be at a hospital for my psychiatry rotation that had a dedicated emergency area for psychiatric complaints. People who have presented to those emergency psychiatric services probably say they had a range of outcomes ranging from excellent to very disappointing but yeah it's an indication that the volumes are are such that we're really needing essentially parallel services to sort of the medical emergency department in many of these settings.
