Dr Lollie Mancey is an accomplished entrepreneur and academic who has made significant contributions to the fields of innovation, entrepreneurship, and education. She is the Programme Director and entrepreneurial specialist at UCD's Innovation Academy. She designs and teaches courses on the ethics of artificial intelligence, innovation, entrepreneurship, and organizational change.
Lollie is also the Director of three thriving businesses and hosts her successful podcast, "An Entrepreneur Like You," on Spotify. Additionally, she is a dynamic keynote speaker passionate about advocating for ethical technology, diversity and equality in business, and progressive education.
With a PhD in Organizational Learning and an academic background in Anthropology, Dr. Mancey brings a unique perspective to innovation and entrepreneurship. She won the 2022 UCD Teaching Excellence in Innovation award and the inaugural Trinity University Dermot McAleese Teaching Award.
As a champion of entrepreneurs and lifelong learners, Dr Mancey mentors and inspires those pivoting into new roles and careers. She also identifies emerging work areas and speaks on the future of work within the changing technological landscapes. Her passions include ethical AI, the challenges of fast-paced technological change, and neurodiversity in the workplace.
In addition to her academic and entrepreneurial pursuits, Lollie is a radio presenter at Dublin South FM and serves on the board of directors for Headfort School. She is the Director of the Irish Institute of Celebrants and My Way Funerals.
