Do You Need 10,000 Employees at the Department of Education?

I think there's just so many opportunities to send the vast majority of the federal regulatory state back to states. You know what the beauty of all of this is? That's how you balance the federal budget. I don't need 10,000 employees and 500 lawyers at the Department of Education. Just send the money down, send a few brief guidelines and let states figure it out.
