The Senate's Responsibility Is to Cool the Passion of the Public
The senate was designed functionally to prevent yoyos within the system. There's been a lot of times like this that the senate has stood up against. And by the way, they've also made the wrong decision many times. I don't think anyone would like living in a world where every two four, five years s just this radical shift. The inability is a stable foundation for 20 or 30 years and we need one right now.
