Mortgage Rates Are Up Ten Percent in One Week

The yield on the 30 year fixed rate is now at six point seven %. Since the beginning of the cove crisis, medium home prices are up 40 6%. The spread between mortgage rates and treasuries continues to widen. And i think when the yield on the hirty year treasury hits five %, which i'm confident it will do by next year,. If the vet keeps hiking, then rates are going to go up. But if it stops hiking, then inflations get to go way up.
