How to Manage Stress Effectively

I think running is a great indicator. Are you doing too much in your body? And really important when we should be tracking our HRV and our recovery pair. Running is so much more of a stress on your body, especially when you do endurance training. So that for me personally is my marker. I don't want to race until I know that running isn't so stressful in my body.
