I think there's a lot that's good in religion and spiritual traditions. And I think you can say that about anything that humans get involved in. But where I landed on spiritual principles as being really important is I mentioned getting sober at the age of 24 from heroin. So things like kindness and generosity, a principle like acceptance, a spiritual principle like perspective are very important to me.
