The days you don't want to work out are usually the best workouts and that's when you need it the most. If you have an injury where you can't do your workout so do something else. Nicole is in the middle of her 75-day diet with no exceptions right? No S.O.E. Gummy Bears or refined sugar as acceptable on my on my list but I'm not doing any at all.
