The Importance of Effective Leadership

Leadership is defined as a process of reciprocal influence for people to meet shared objectives. People aren't actually trying to use influence against their not against them, but to the best advantage of whatever the party is that's using that influence. We don't teach people so much about lead with communication. But we think that what we're listening to these voices that make leadership seem like this singing, songy, a septiceye kind of thing where people just listen to you. Well, that's still influence. It's in veteran influences in every part of your life.
