How to Slow Down as Your Organization Grows
Thereis no compression algorithm for experience. It sounds pithy, but it's one of the most meronic things i've heard in recent memory. How do we grow without just completely becoming bureaucratic? You know, i want people to be a manager of one and be able to be autonomous. And so i am really looking for good ideas n on how to not slow down as we grow.
