The Stop Oh, Wat Woke Act restricted instructions on eight concepts related to race sex, color, national origin. If a faculty member endorses any of these concepts, for example, if they say, you know, I think affirmative action is a good policy, the state considers that to be de facto harassment. The First Amendment rights of faculty are violated by this law.
