"Right to work states the very name right to work is actually anti-union propaganda," he says. "The union essentially is set up to set the floor so you can't pay people less than that and that's the only thing holding up the bare minimum in something like our industry as we have a right to work for less state" 'It's maybe not as challenging to break into a market but then becoming a professional is pretty impossible because they're not paying anyone for what they should be paid for the job,' adds O'Neill.
