Petrodollar

The price of oil quintuples between the fall of 1973 and the spring of 1974. The EPA is a perfect emblem of the shift that's happening in a lot of areas at the same time. And you hear this phrase petrodollar? I just don't know enough to speak too informed about it. But but these things are all connected. There is a break point.
