How to Be an Open System Leader
It's never too early to be an open system leader, I think. We often hear principals and district leaders say, well, I hate the politics. And we think that it's unrealistic to not see yourself as a public leader. These are skills that can certainly be taught. The thing that really comes to my mind is how do we start to see democracy as abundance? That so much more is possible when we work together.
