I'm a Big Fan of Small Boards

When I planted in Oregon, I didn't have a team. It was me for a number of years. And so these are the guys I'm meeting with, you know, every week for our day-to-day approach to ministry kind of thing. My ruling elders for years, there were three of us and right now there's five. But again, it's because of the way that we're structured because the day to day, I've got lots of guys.I don't see a need really,you know, to add to that. Anything else that he thinks is important because guys will ask about it.
