Drug overdoses in America now kill more than a hundred thousand americans a year. That's more than vehicle crashes and gun disks combined. Overdose deats involving synthetic opioids, primarily a fentinel, rose by 55% over the same period. Fentinel is 100 times more potent than morphine,. 50 times more potentthan heroine. It crosses class in race lines, and its use is sky rocketing.
