I'm skeptical that anyone sees this particular episode as horrifying as it was. I really don't think it's going to put anything, any kind of dent into NFL viewership. And even so, the ratings have not fallen down at all. Why is that different than what happened with boxing? It did have an impact. The advertisers did back away from it. But in American style football, could the same thing happen to that sport as it did to boxing? You can definitely compartmentalize when you're watching the sport. We know it causes brain damage. So it's easier to put it out of your mind.
