The Cost of Living in New York

$180 was my first apartment. I would just hustle that in the streets playing rock or, or doing whatever I did to get some money and your rent was paid. The studio started at 3,900 right now. It's like 14 grand a month now without the person. So that's why, and they broke it, you know, they burned that town. They burned the Bronx down. They burned Brooklyn down. That's wild. And that's when I moved to New York and it was great.
