How to Ask Vision Building Questions for Your Product Development Team
A lot of the questions that I like to ask are differentiators and landmines. Figure out how to ask those questions at the time you can work with your marketing team or product management team. And then each the reason I like the last question is a lot of times customers want to want some new equipment, but there isn't enough driver to actually go buy it. If nothing happens or it's just a minor annoyance if they don't do something, then they most likely will not do something because it's always more of an annoyance to do something that it is to do nothing.
