Radio Carbon Dating in Egypt
Egyptology is such an old field that has long established traditions and ways of viewing its evidence. It can make it very difficult to revise that if necessary. A study in 20 ten dated over 200 closely defined egyptian contexts linked toi da rulers. And they were able to show statistically with considerable detail, tha the radio carbon dates obtained and then analyzed using the information about these rulers were consistent with each other. They actually got dates that matched the historical chronology.
