Back stage officially launched in late 20 17, it slowly but surely won over even spotifies most discerning engineers. As it became more and more widely adopted, we finally saw the scary onboarding metrics starting to from 60 days down to 50 days. And for the last year, we've averaged just 20 days between an engineer's first day on the job and their tenth pull request.
