V8 is the most mature runtime for WebAssembly right. The common recommendation is yeah, if you really want to get that low level optimization plugging it into some type of browser engine that has Wasm support and obviously node being that it just runs on VA is probably easiest way from like a server side use case to to get that data. Most teams who are trying to do sort of high performance WebAssembly code bases are likely starting with a lower like a lower level language like C++ or Rust as they're targeted compiling to WebAssembly.
