The Protein Folding Problem in Biology

Proteins are little machines that do things in the body and in biology. A protein, for example, can be a catalyzer so it can catalyze a chemical reaction to molecules which otherwise would not have come together to react. The way amino acids move defines the function of that machine because sometimes they rotate or open and close. Google Alpha fold was able to predict the physical shape of a protein just from the DNA sequence. It's as predictive if not more predictive than x-ray imaging itself.
