Voss's sermons, one of the things that he does that I think is very helpful is he to understand them. The context of second Corinthians three forms Paul's argument as he has to respond to his detractors and becomes the focus then of his sermon. He uses context to point the listeners in the direction then of application. In the wonderful tree, it may be my favorite sermon.
