The SEC's Decision on the Coinbase Petition
Coinbase is waiting to see what the SEC has to say about their petition. They have seven days to respond and a few days after that to submit our reply. If it were to do so of course we would then be in a position finally to challenge that decision in a in a further court case. For clients customers no immediate changes one thing i was surprised about was the mention of the wallet in the suit as being sort of something that would need to be registered which seems like that could open a big Pandora's box.
