Derrida's Ghosting
When you're being ghosted, the sudden absence of the other is provoking a new mode of self relation. Derrida says I am means I am haunted to be as to be haunted. The attempt at self relation has historically been associated with femininity. It's generally men who are taken to be ghosters and women who are take to be the ghosted.
