Is Duolingo Good for Learning Languages?

The problem nowadays is that we have everybody's got little time, right quote unquote. If you spend 25 minutes to doing with Duolingo and then you have five minutes to listen to a podcast, then your language is going downhill. So I think we should actually flip the perspective and on its side and say, okay, well, let's do it this way. Listen to people engaging in conversations. This is how I learned Chinese. This is what I want to do. It's like engaging with people talking instead of playing with flashcards or playing toying with Duolingers.
