i love starting the day a getting moving and getting energized right way. I count it as a meditative experience. So i can't really be multi tasking in my head, thinking about the stresses and worries of the day ahead. If you saw me in an elevator and said, hey, give me one thing to change my life, this would be it. And maybe this is my greatest legacy that i'll leave to the planet one day. Hatthis guy woke up, and at least for the past five years, without missing a single day, i have gotten into this wonderful routine with so many wide ranging benefits.
