i think we have to decide very carefully what, what is a flagship and what isn't. The scientists also have to buy into it. We've brought in people into juno quite a bit, but we're still nowhere near the size of clipper. And i'm on clipper right so ther their science team is much larger, which makes it much arder to manage. There's also an aspect of clipper that's kind of interesting in that it's split or shared between j p l and a p l. But you have to be careful that you're not feeding to institutions for really redund workd how many managers and science team leaders do you need in each of these?
