You're Going to Feel the Positive Possibilities in Your Life

Think about or look at the decision that you're making, right? So I'm quitting my job or I'm moving. I'm getting a divorce. I am whatever it might be. What you want to do is think about feel that decision and then write down all of the positive possibilities that will come if you make that decision. For example, if you change jobs, you might have more friends, better friends. If you end that relationship,you might have less anxiety. You might have less fatigue. You might make more friends because you're going to move all the things. When you feel it in the body, it anchors your new truth.
