The Environment Wants You to Be Um Watch
The higher you get in an organization, the people that get promoted are much more incentivized and nudged by the norms and the culture of the organization than they'd like to admit. This happens very noticeably with lawyers and accountants who start only seeing the world as possible through what a lawyer and accountant can do. If your entire job is youred sentimise to find flaws all the time, you're going to find flaws everywherei aand so asking deeper questions, what does the environment want of me? A, that's kind of my thinking. And now i'm able to design my environment so i can control who i become a little more sure.
