Is Hal Brand Sauron?

I couldn't figure out why Sauron would possibly come from space when he's supposed to be in bodily form on Middle Earth already. But if Adar killed his physical form, perhaps his spirit went somewhere extraterrestrial. And he came back on the media missing most of his memory. No way Galadriel made a mistaken guess as to his history, right? She correctly intuited it. The show intends to be the truth. It made it slightly more likely that the stranger is Sauron. Still don't think it's likely though.
