COVID Recovery

A systematic review of 137 studies worldwide finds that symptoms of anxiety and depression significantly rose during the pandemic, especially among women. So what what the study showed was there was no bump in anxiety or depression. It's close to zero overall. Like it sort of has been net change there. I think we're going to have to see what things look like once COVID is no longer in our lives.
