I Love Training, but I Don't Love It.

I really like having finished a workout. Some workouts I enjoy. Many workouts are not all that enjoyable, but I do it anyway. You don't want to start becoming a quitter. That's why I still train my calves. They're they're slowly growing. But if I really cared, I would double because I'm doing direct sets in the range of eight to 12 hard sets per week.
