The ban will include the use of the symbol on flags, arm bands and t-shirts. It doesn't extend to other swastikas though, which do exist in Hinduism for example. Lisa Topic's 22 year old daughter Courtney was shot dead eight years ago by police after being armed with a kitchen knife. She also had serious undiagnosed mental health issues. We're going to hear from a criminologist who's worried about the shift that happened during the pandemic when community policing became more force orientated.
