Are There Supplements for Vegetarians or Plant Based?

i'm not vega nor vegetarian. I like ninety per cent plant base. But i'm constantly asked about supplementation regimes for those who are predominantly plant based, or fully plant based. Is there a sort of firm clarity orin exactly what supplements people should be considering? Yes. Most people who are plant based, either a hundred per cent or ninety per cent, know the usual suspects,. You know, b twelve, et cetera. There's a few that start with the letter c, so they're asy to remember. And and this applies a little bit more if you have a specific goal, in mine, like if youretrying to lose fat or gain muscle.
