Cheryl Forchuk is a mental health nurse and researcher whose work has changed how Canada understands homelessness, tracing its roots to system failures and pushing for solutions grounded in dignity and data. Mike Stevens is a renowned harmonica player whose music has taken him to remote Indigenous communities, where he’s spent decades helping young people find hope and healing through the power of song. Both have been named to the Order of Canada.
