The Importance of Hard Work
Hard work is not enough. You need to be working on your brain just as much as you know, your hands. We aim for 40% GP and 15% net profit. Most of the businesses I speak to are working between five and 10%. And a big chunk of them are on the 5% net profit margin. So if you want that, then you've got to get your gross profits up.
