How to Use Hatch to Build a Pie Project From Scratch

Hatch is a command line tool for building pie projects. It can be used to create entire directories from scratch or convert an existing directory into one that's compatible with hatch. There are no test commands so you could just use the 'run' and 'test' functions instead of having to do it on your own.
