The Problem Section of Your Idea Resume Is Customer.
The best problems are urgent, painful, frequent and expensive. Your customer needs to know this is a problem. You cannot be teaching them that it's a problem and then solving it for them. Do you know channels where people who have the problem you've mentioned above hang out? Are they already in your circles? Have you already built a network full of them? And if you don't, can you coopt one? The second section on your idea resume is customer. There's a ton of customer work o do but for super top level idea valuation, there are only two questions to ask.
