Is There a Fever Hospital in Beijing?
By the time I got to Beijing, everybody was like busy trying to figure out how to avoid getting exposed. If you tested positive prior to December 7th, you would be stuck in one of these quarantine facilities or fever hotels. The number of cases was clearly going up. There were a lot more at that point down south than there were in Beijing. People were already really modifying their behavior. What they weren't really modifying was mask use.
