How to Create a Cohort-Based Course

Wes: I don't think humans are wired to work alone. We're notwired to just sit down and push through hard mental things without having our family and our buddies and colleagues, like our tribe doing the same thing. And so it's kind of cool when you have a cohort-based course. You create your own, like, little mafia from your students. Wes: The vast majority of books I think people buy and don't read. They just kind of sit there. Like the vast majority of posts on Andy Hackers or tweets on Twitter, nobody reads them.
