When I'm not feeling well for an extended period of time, within that month, a somewhat better day can feel like a huge win. That's because our average days sort of becomes our normal. So anything better becomes a blessing. It really does change the perspective. And this all does come back to minimalism because we can get used to having tons of stuff or not a lot of stuff. We do get used to our environments or our living situations and our circumstances. That's part of being human, we adapt.
