The Protein Lever Theory

Protein is the essential survival macro nutrient, right? So that's what we really strongly desire in order to survive and support general everyday body function. If we are consuming bunch of nutrient deficient process foods, especially the paring of carbohydrate and fat together, as you see in all manner of indulgent foods. In contrast, if we have meals like the omelet, or servings of oily, cold water fish, or steak and things like that, in a good quantity, we're going to feel completely satisfied because we have met our survival needs. And it's going to turn off those appetite receptors that compel us to go looking for sweets.
