Most patients will be takicartic unless they're bata blocked or they have some sort of conduction system disease. Blood pressure is tricky. You may see jugglar venus distension. If you see someone who isnt shock and you know their external jugular vein is like superistended, that could be a clue. But honestly, i think the way find this is just to systematically apply ultra sound to patients who look shocky or human damically distressed. I no longer where manual bloodcuff is, and i don't know how to listen with my ears any more,. som o watch the invasive artero line. Nix ok. Can i see this
