The Medium and Heavy Commercial Vehicle Space Is Lagging Behind Other Vehicle Segments
The EV share of the medium and heavy commercial vehicle fleet last year was only 0.1%. So we're at the very, very beginning of that. But it's interesting to note that trucking might be one of the areas where the US is really going to jump forward on. These vehicles are still significantly more expensive. Charging heavy trucks at the highway is tough. It's a lot of power. And I think that charging infrastructure part is both a real opportunity and a real challenge.
